A simple and any time dessert of pineapple where the main ingredients are  pineapple,sugar and some desirable spices of your own.

Heat pan and add sugar.Cook on medium flame when sugar starts to brown,place all pineapple pieces.

Cook or grill each sides until coated with sugar syrup and glazed.

It takes 1 to 2 minute to soft the pineapple ,then sprinkle lime juice, crushed pepper corn and some salad seasoning  along with dash of salt.

Combine all evenly and cook some more time.

  • 7 to 8 pineapple thick slices
  • 1 tbsp granuled sugar(as per sourness of pineapple)
  • 1 tsp crushed pepper corns
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • salad seasoning -1tsp
  • dash of salt

Now add  crushed pepper corn,lime juice,salt over the glazed pineapple and combine each pineapple pieces evenly.

The glazed caramlized pineapple is ready to serve  cool/warm.
