Chicken lazwab is made out of dry roasted chicken with very mild spices . It is very tasty and easy to make recipe.This is one of the dish which you would always like to cook in your kitchen and also the people who doesn’t like to spend more time in the kitchen..


THINGS WE NEED TO PREPARE

  • 250g chicken pieces
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 big onion(sliced)
  • ½ cup cornflour
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 piece cinnamon
  • 4 green chilies
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tomato (sliced)
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbs pepper
  • Mustard oil
  • Salt

INSTRUCTIONS..

Step 1: Marinate the chicken pieces with salt for ½ an hour. Drain -off it’s water.

Step 2:  Squeeze lemon over the chicken pieces. Mix well all the ingredients with chicken except the flour,pepper,garam masala.

Step 3: Pierce the chicken with a fork to penetrate the masala inside the chicken pieces. marinate the chicken for 4/5 hours.

Step 4:  After marination sprinkle flour over the chicken pieces, combine well.

Step 5: Heat oil on a pan, add cinnamon, when it turns brown add the marinated chicken into it.

Step 6: Fry it on medium flame and cover it. Stir frequently to avoid burning. It will take 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 7: Cook it until the chicken get soft, crispy and golden brown.Add garama masala,pepper and saute on high flame for 1 minute.

Step 8: Serve hot with roti and salad..
