INGREDIENTS

  •  1 cup Flax seeds
  • ½ cup Jaggery
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder
  • ½ tsp Black pepper powder

DIRECTION

STEP 1

  • In a pan roasted fry the flaxseeds and cool them..
  • Grind them and keep them in a bowl.
  • In a wok add the flaxseed mixture,add jaggery,cardamom,pepper powder.
  • Mix them well and make small balls,enjoy cold winter days.

Tips

  • The mixture get stiff when they get cold so make balls when the mixture is warm.
  • If it gets hard then warm it again and mixture will be soft.
