Smoothies are for me a great source of filling breakfast,when you are hurry and need something refreshing and energies and whizup in a snap.

Ripe jack fruit flesh puree is it self delicious but when it blend with coconut milk and ripe banana enhance the taste of the smoothies..The real taste of the jack fruit goes well with coconut milk.

I have not added any sugar which i like the most about jack fruit smoohthie.Jack fruit it self natural sugar,you dont need to add any thing sugary and enjoy a suagr free dessert.

Well this is a perfect seasonal smoothie which could be one of your dessert for any family get together.

  • 1 cup ripe jack fruit flesh
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 5 to 6 almonds -skinned
  • ice cubess
  • sugar -as per taste-optional
