sweet n’tangy MINT/PUDINA CHUTNEY MINT RECIPE A traditional recipe of my mother but my all time favorite chutney whose one bite refreshing your mood in a snap..A very quick and easy recipe.

  INGREDIENTS

  • 250g pudina leaves(mint)
  • 50g tamarind
  • 100g sugar
  •  salt

STEP BY STEP PREPARATION

STEP 1

Cut the stems and pluck all the leaves of mint .

Wash the leaves thoroughly and strain it.

STEP 2

In a chutney jar,add half of the leaves,chilies and blend them until get a fine smooth paste without adding water.Keep it in a bowl

Now add rest of leaves,chilies,sugar and tamarind ,make a smooth paste.Don’t add water.

STEP 3

Now add rest of leaves, tamarind and blend it.

STEP 4

Add sugar and make a fine smooth paste.

STEP 5

add both the mixture and serve with any dish or snacks you like to eat
