Ingredients:

· Dosa batter

· 1 cup mushroom caps (I preferred to use paddy stalk mushroom, removed stems)

.½ cup shredded yam

· 1 small potato shredded(optional)

· 1 medium sized onion, chopped

· 2 chopped green chillies

· 2 cloves crushed/shredded garlic

· 10 green peas seed

· Onion rings,sliced cabbage

· Pinch of turmeric

· Salt

· 2/3 sp mustard oil

· Pinch of chilli powder

· Garam  masala

How to cook

Step1/9:Heat wok with 2sp of oil(here i use mustard oil enhance the taste of mushroom but we can use other oil too). saute the chopped onions, chillies..

Step2/9: Add yam, potatoes and cook on high flame. Yams are sticky so cook on high heat for 2 minutes. So the sticky ness will be gone.

Step3/9: Add chopped mushroom, turmeric, peas.. saute until mushroom get soft or cooked. Add salt and garam masala. keep the prepared masala on a plate

Step 4/9:Heat tawa on high flame and sprinkle water on hot tawa. When the water absorbs, pour one ladle full of dosa batter spread over the tawa to an even round shape.

Step5/9: Medium the flame. Spread/sprinkle 2or 3 tsp of oil over the dosa and edges.

Step6/9: Place mushroom masala on the dosa, sprinkle some onion rings.and cabbage.

Step7/9: Cook on medium flame until the base of the dosa turn to golden and crisp.

Step8/9: When dosa leaves its edges, fold the dosa.

Step9/9: Serve hot with any chutney .
