When you have no idea to cook anything and wants to eat something savoury,then this roasted mushroom potatoes will never let your tounge sad :)….

INGREDIENTS

  • 200gm button mushrooms
  • 1 big size potato(cut into dice,with out peel off the skin of potato)
  • 1tbsp ginger garlic crushed
  • 1 big size onion(cut into dice)
  • 5 cloves garlic with peel
  • 1 dried red chilli(broken)
  • 1/2tsp black pepper
  • 2tbsp mustard oil(can use olive oil)
  • 1/2tsp red chilli powder (optional)
  • Salt

PREPARE A SPICE POWDER

In a bowl mix  garlic powder, oregano, pepper altogether and keep aside.

HOW TO PREPARE THE RECIPE

STEP1

Clean mushroom nicely and dry it. Cut them in two pieces.keep them aside.

STEP2

In a pan heat 1tbsp oil, add red chilli, garlic  cloves. When the garlic colour turns brown,add mushroom.

STEP3

Saute on high heat until all the released water from the mushroom absorbent/evaporated. Add ginger-garlic paste,fry frequently until the raw smell of the garlic disappears.

STEP4

Add potatoes, mix all nicely..cover it and cook on medium heat until the potatoes get soft.

STEP5

Now add onion, chilli powder, salt  stir frequently until all the veggies turns out crispy and brown on medium heat(stir it with out cover the lid).

STEP6

sprinkle 1 tsp prepared SPICE POWDER and stir on high flame ,all the spices should be coated with the veggies evenly. Off the gas. Serve it as anytime snacks.
