Ingredients:

· 250gms mushrooms(i use paddy straw mushroom, any mushroom can be used)

· ½ tsp mustard seeds

· ½ tsp turmeric

· 2 slit green chilli

· 1 tsp red chilli powder

· ½ cup of green peas

· 1/4th cup coconut milk

· Salt

· Mustard oil

· Mustard paste>>

o 1 medium sized onion

o 15 cloves garlic

o Small ginger piece

o 1 tsp mustard seeds

Make a fine paste of the above spices.

How to cook the recipe:

Step1/8:clean mushroom in water with turmeric and squeeze water from mushroom, keep aside.

Step2/8 :Heat 3 tsp of oil in the wok. add mushroom, fry on high flame till the water of the mushroom absorbs all its water and its colour turn brown. keep aside

Step3/8:same pan heat oil and put mustard seeds, green chillies let them crackle.

Step4/8:Add turmeric, chilli powder on low flame, sauté one second. Now add prepared paste.

Step5/8:sauté with tomato slices .keep stir until aroma comes(8 to 9 minutes).

Step6/8:Add roasted fried mushroom, garam masala. sauté for 5 minutes. pour 1cup of water on high flame until the gravy started to boil.now cook on medium heat for8 to 9 mins .

Step 7/8:Add coconut milk. cook on high heat for rest 2  minutes.

Step8/8.serve with roti or rice
