Chia seed pudding whether I might be late for the recipe but its late than never. Its an ideal break fast for bust morning or during fasting. Overnight chia seeds pudding can do this just before bed and a tasty and healthy breakfast is ready on your serving table to enjoy the next morning. The fragrance of basil leaves will do the rest of work will feel you holy and energies until the next meal
I just wonder how my mother supposed to soak chia seeds over night and use them in juice in the time of fasting. She says these tiny seeds would keep cool your digestive system and energies to prevent short meal break. Today i just only follow her words but in different way which helps me a lot. Although chia seeds are started swollen but the ability of absorbs up to 10 to 12 times their weight in water .When contact with water seeds are formed to gel like and expanding in stomach decreasing cholesterol and keeping you hydrated longer! A superfood to lose weight naturally and help you to prevent short food carb.
walnut chia seed pudding

things we need to prepare
- 1 cup fresh coconut milk -Home made
- 3 tbsp. chia seeds
- 150 g walnuts
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tsp sugar – any sweetener
- finely chopped basil leaves /cardamom powder /one drop of vanilla essence -any flavour
In a Manson jar or air tight bottle /deep bowl pour coconut milk.
Prepare a fine paste of walnut in a blender using little coconut milk or water. Now add chia seeds ,walnut paste into the jar and close the lid tight. Store in room temperature for 10 minutes and break the clumps of chia seeds. Mix the milk and chia seeds evenly.
Place in refrigerator overnight.
Open the lid and stir the milk . Now blend a ripe banana and pour into the jar. Add sugar and finely chopped basil leaves into the pudding.
Topped with dried fruits or fruits of your choice and enjoy serving it chilled.
