Paneer and capsicum is a one of the delicious combination of Indian food,which goes mouthwatering when combine with Indian spices and herbs. .This  curry is one of the easy n quick masala recipe…. which i am going to share with you…..


THINGS WE NEED TO PREPARE

  • 1 ½ cup paneer cubes(Indian cottage cheese)
  • Capsicum (cut in cubes )
  • 1 onion(sliced)
  • 1 tsp. ginger-garlic paste
  • 100g tomato puree
  • ½ tsp white pepper powder
  • 1 tsp. honey (1/2 tsp sugar)
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. dried fenugreek leaves(kasoori methi)
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • Cream (1/2 cup milk,1 tbsp cream of milk )
  • Butter
  • Water
  • Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1  In a pan heat oil and shallow fry paneer and capsicum. Keep it  aside.

Step 2  In the same pan add 2 tsp oil and butter.Add chilies,onion,turmeric,sauté it.

Step 3  Add ginger-garlic paste,sauté until its raw smell goes off.Add tomato puree,fry on high flame.

Step 4  Make a paste of milk and cream,pour into the masala. Stir it for five minutes.Add honey,white pepper,garam masala and fry them .

Step 5  Add paneer and capsicum,stir to coated it with the masala .Fry on high flame.

Step 6  Add 2 ½ cup water.cook on medium flame until get thick gravy.Off the gas.serve hot with steamed rice or roti.

  •  Cut paneer,capsicum into cubes   In a pan heat oil and shallow fry paneer and capsicum.keep it  aside.

  • Make a paste of milk and cream,pour into the masala. Stir it for five minutes.Add honey,white pepper,garam masala and fry them .
  • Here i have use milk and it’s cream,which is available easily at home.You can use either khoya or cashew paste
i have used cream of milk..
