Pineapple is a tropical fruit. Its good all about its richness. Richness in flavour and taste makes the food tempting and delicious. Pineapple shake consists of oats meal and almonds. The two powerful ingredients of vegan diet and almost protein booster .A sunshine appearance shake will be one of the grate kick star  to make the morning more refreshing and energies.

I wanted to prepare the shake with milk then got wishy-washy views over that some says its good and some bad. So after along thought i have decided to choose the best vegan milk based ingredients almonds and oats which are mine all time favourite also. Pineapple oats shake is a feel good vitamin booster for people of all ages and kids as well.


Pineapple oats shake

prep time : 20 minutes


things we need to prepare

  • 1 cup pineapple cubes –peeled, cored, chopped
  • 3 tsp oats 
  • 8 to 9 almonds  – blanched ,skinned
  • sugar as per taste or any sweetener

Instructions

Soak oats in little water about to 15 minutes.

Blend almonds and oats along with water to form a fine puree. and strain it.

Again in a blender put  pineapple cubes separately and blend with little water to fine puree and strain it.


At the end mix all the puree and sugar, whizz for some seconds. You can add more ice water to thin the shake .

Store in refrigerator before serving.
