One thing you need to be ready with always is to soak the sago or tapioca seeds overnight or before 4 hours. Freshly home made coconut milk is always goes better with with this drink ,though its a home made drink i wish everything should be fresh.

prep time : 15 minutes(with out adding the the time of soak the tapioca seeds and chia seeds)
Things we need to prepare
3/4 th cups chopped pineapples
1/2 cup soaked tapioca seeds – small sized
1 ripe Banana
2 tsp rock sugar – any sweetener
1/2 cup fresh coconut milk
2 tbsp. soaked chia seeds
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
2 tsp scrapped coconut – optional
Discard water from soaked tapioca seeds. Blend them fine purée adding little water.
In a large bowl strain the purée ,you can add little more water and blend again until the extracted are purely strained.
Then in the same blender blend pineapples until smooth puree. Strain into the same bowl of tapioca.
Blend candy sugar and banana together until smooth.
Add all into a large bowl. Add coconut milk, chia seeds cardamom powder .Use a hand blender or use spoon to whisk once evenly.
Pour the smoothie in a serving bowl along with some crushed ice.
