A summer dish combination of  mango and pineapple salad with crispy spicy chicken topped with sesame will be a one of your most wanted picnic party or get together.This dish is simple and prepared in less time without any hassle.

You can use either chicken breast or boneless chicken.Clean them and marinate with some salt and lemon juice .It will help the chicken to cook to fast and juicy.

It will take 30 minutes to marinate.Its better to discard the water after marination to avoid the bad smell of the chicken.Use 2 to 3 tsp olive oil and fry them until soft and light brown.

Instead of frying you can bake these chicken pieces too.

In another pan heat some olive oil ,add onion cubes and fry them .You should fry onion well.Raw onions doesn’t go well with fruits.Sprinkle some sesame seeds,pepper and pour over on chicken.You can pour direct the chicken pieces into the pan also.Combine them well.And serve them with mango salad.

things we need to prepare..

  • 200g Boneless chicken pieces
  • Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Sesame seeds
  • 1 onion ( dice in cube)
  • Crushed pepper corns
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt

for mango salsa..

  • 1 cup small mango chunks(peeled,pitted,chopped)
  • 1/2 cup pineapple small chunks(ditch skin,remove core,chopped)
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • Salad seasoning (any you like..)
  • salt

Mix them in a bowl.


Use only boneless chicken.Clean and rinse chicken pieces.Marinate with 1 tsp lemon juice,salt and oil for 30 minutes.

Discard the water from marinade chicken.

Heat 2 tsp oil,pour chicken pieces and cook for 15 minutes or until chicken get soft and light brown.Add onion cubes,salt,pepper ,1 tsp sesame seeds and saute it.keep them in a plate.

In another pan pour 2 tsp olive oil,onion,1 tsp sesame seeds and fry till brown in colour. Now pour fried chicken pieces and add crushed peppercorn  mix them well.Take them out

Now in platter a serve mango salad and fried chicken topped with some more sesame seeds.
