Its very simple and quick prawn dish, made out of  lots of garlic ,chilies.Sweet corn makes the dish slight sweet and on other side lots of chili makes it hot and spicy. Al-around a fusion of sweet n savory snack for any time food..


  • Clean and devein prawns.You can either peel the shells from the prawns.But attached shell of the prawn makes the dish more delicious.
  • Marinate with little salt and lemon juice for 15 minutes.
  • In a large pan/wok heat oil and smoked. Add the prawns and stir-fry until the prawns are pink and cooked through (about 4–5 minutes)..
  • In the same pan heat 3 tsp of mustard oil.Wait for until oil smoking,this will allow to reduce the bitterness of mustard oil.If you would  like to use, other cooking then you can use .
  • .Now add chopped garlic,onion,2 green chilies and saute it.Add sweet corns and stir it.
  • Mean while blend green chilies,cornflour ,soy sauce and 2 tsp of water to make fine smooth paste.
  • Add 1 tsp ketch up ,prepared  sauce into the pan and saute it.
  • Now add fried prawns into it.Add 1/2 cup of water and salt.Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • You can serve it dry or with some gravy also.Sprinkle some chopped parsley and serve hot.
