Vermicelli coconut Popsicle is a milky flavor ice lollies which made out of vermicelli and coconut.If you ask then i would say ice cream is always a main food instead of dessert for me as long as i remembered. I love to taste and experiment different flavors of ice cream.

No doubt we grown up and there are different flavors of ice creams.But childhood ice creams always remind  your good times.Vermicelli coconut Popsicle is one of them.To remembered of my memories i prepared the Popsicle with little modification.

VERMICELLI COCONUT POPSICLE

things we need to prepare

  • 1.5 cups full fat milk
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup scrapped coconut/desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar -as per taste
  • 1/2 cup  vermicelli

description

Use a good quality vermicelli.In a pot boil them in one cup of water and 3 tsp sugar. Cook in medium flame,when it soaks most of the water,take them out. Don’t over cook them.If its sticky add more water so that it wont be sticky.


Now heat milk on medium flame,when it start to thick add sugar,cardamom powder and pinch of salt.Keep stirring.Off the gas and add white chocolates chips into it.Keep stirring until chocolates dissolve in milk.let it in room temperature.


Keep ready all things together along with scrapped coconut.Meanwhile prepare scrapped coconut.You can either use desiccated coconut but the real taste come out from the freshly grated scrapped coconut.

Now in a ice mould first pour 2 tsp. vermicelli,1 tsp coconut and pour the milk.Freeze for at least 8 hrs, or overnight.
