Start your day with yogurt oats a sourness of curd and aroma of spices along with mixed veggies..It’s complete breakfast meal for all ages.Oats itself a gluten free and when prepared with curd which is healthiest too makes the dish more healthy and delicious.

when you prepare and taste the dish ,i am sure it will give  a complete satisfaction to you from hunger… 

INSTRUCTIONS..(STEP BY STEP PHOTOS)

STEP 1

  • Pour water in a saucepan/pan ,pinch of salt boil on medium flame.Add oats and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • You should be watching and keep stirring while cooking oats else it will stick to the bottom of pan.
  • off the gas and pour prepared oats into a bowl.

STEP 2

  • Now add yogurt, some chopped carrots,cucumber,chopped onions and combine them well.
  • you can use veggies of your choice.Use less amount of veggies else you will loose the taste of yogurt and oats.You can add some salt though we have already added salt.Before add you should taste first.

STEP 3

  • Now in a small pan heat 1 tsp oil and tampering mustard seeds,cumin seeds, chilies and curry leaves.Try to use less ingredients for tampering for better result.

STEP 4

  • Pour it over the oat mixture and sprinkle some pomegranate seeds, coriander leaves .Now it‘s ready to serve as it is or with some snacks.
